The Cyber Sector analysis for 2022 by the Department of Digital, culture, Media & Sports (DCMS) was published on 17th February 2022. It is an analysis of the UK’s cyber security industry, including figures on size, employment and revenue.

This research has been carried out for the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) by Ipsos MORI, in conjunction with Perspective Economics and the Centre for Secure Information Technologies (CSIT) at Queen’s University Belfast. It is part of DCMS’s work in the National Cyber Strategy 2022 to protect and promote the UK in cyber space, develop the UK cyber ecosystem and foster growth in the cyber security sector.
